Safest pick to the biggest boom or bust: Removing where the
player was drafted, this is the list of whom I feel are the safest to the
riskiest of the 1st round draft picks. So this has nothing to do
with me grading the pick it is simply who I feel are the safest picks to
contribute to their teams down to the biggest boom or bust picks. Which also
means that the players in the middle have the least amount of potential to
boom.
